This was supposed to be a picture of Nate in his bassinet for the last night... little did we know that the crib is HIGHLY difficult to put together without it's directions. Now we are awaiting the arrival of stated instructions and Nate is still in our room, in his bassinet.
Nate enjoys looking at his Daddy's hats on the wall... so from time to time we let him wear one of his Daddy's hats (usually the one that he is wearing in this photo... the Cubs hat)! It looks like Nate is throwing some sort of gang sign here!
Nate LOVES being in his sling and Dan thought that Nate was too cute sleeping in his sling with his head on my chest!
READING TIME WITH MOMMY! Nate and I enjoy reading together... even if Nate does often fall asleep during the second book. I think that we are reading one of my all time favorites, "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" in this photo.

i did check kid-to-kid the other day and they only had one ($99). So, I'll call back in a day or two to see if they have a new one. My mom also made the good point that I could just put her mattress on the floor, and I wouldn't have to worry about her rolling out of bed :) Thanks for the thought :D
